Ingreidents:
3 tablespoon coconut oil
1 medium onion, finely sliced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 finger hot green peppers, minced
2 pound green beans, tough ends removed and cut into 1” pieces
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoon Kosher salt
Instructions
In a large saute pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add finely sliced onions, sauté for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly,
Add minced garlic and finger hot green peppers then sauté then till garlic turns light brown and the raw smell goes
Add the green beans and water, and stir well. Cover and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the beans are tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Add turmeric, cumin and salt and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until beans are fully cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes.
Remove from the heat and adjust seasoning, to taste. Serve hot as a side dish.
